If you need to return your product(s) - for whatever reason - we will accept them and refund your order to your original payment method within 14 days of order delivery.  Refunds should be administered within 5-8 business days.  We will also accept exchanges within 30 days of order delivery.   

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email and reference which product(s) you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Ship the product back to us - via FedEx, UPS or USPS - to the following address:   GOSAFE Technology, Inc., 120 Long Ridge Road, Stamford, CT 06902

Can I return a GOSAFE that I purchased at a local retailer?

Products purchased in various retail stores are subject to individual store return policies.
