How do I activate my GOSAFE account and warranty?

You will need to reference your unique Security Key Code that was included with your GOSAFE™ MOBILE MAG or GOSAFE™ MOBILE SAFE when ordering a key for your GOSAFE.  Click here to ORDER A GOSAFE KEY.

Please keep your key tag in a safe place for future use.  Without your key code, we may not be able to provide additional or replacement keys.

How do I order additional keys?

Shipping Details:
GOSAFE ships to all 50 states with the exception of Connecticut.
GOSAFE orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of your transaction, Monday - Friday, via UPS/FedEx/DHL/USPS.  
We offer $5 flat rate shipping on all orders within the continental US.  Delivery times expected to be 3 - 7 business days. 
An expedited shipping option is offered for $15, delivered in 1 - 2 business days.  
Regional or nationwide shipping delays such as those caused by inclement weather, holiday volumes, etc. may impact your delivery date.
Orders shipping to AK and HI will be charged a flat rate of

Returns & Exchanges
GOSAFE hopes that you are pleased with each and every purchase.  If you need to return your product(s) - for whatever reason - we will accept them and refund your order to your original payment method within 14 days of order delivery.  Refunds should be administered within 5-8 business days.  We will also accept exchanges within 30 days of order delivery.   
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
